question with cycle

ok about to start a test e 500mg per week and 300mg tren e per week. question can i do just one injection a week. i have always been told to break it down into two injections a week ex. 250mg test and 150mg of tren every three and a half days. just looking for less injections if possible, opinions. would there be any significant differences?
