Would really appreciate some straight forward advice (Preferably without abreviations, sorry all the abreviations add to the difficulty).
I have read loads of whats seems to be fantastic advice, the problem is, i have read that much i am completely confused now...
I have been training for approx 12 months now, and I am looking to do my first cycle on Danabol (Blue Hearts 10mg/tab).
I was going to just cycle Danabol only. (Sometimes frowned upon in threads)
I would like to know what else I should include, why and what dossage is recomended.
I am 38, used to train 15 years ago but been off the waggon till last year. 6ft 2, approx 95kg having dropped three waist sizes through work out.
Diet is sorted, 6 meals plus 4 shakes, additional supps include Protein shakes, Glutamin, Cod liver oil Multi vits and creatine.
my plan was to do the following
Day 1-3 1x10mg tab, Day 3-6 2x10mg tab, 6 weeks or 8 weeks 3x10mg tabs (spread over period of the day) then back down, 3 days 2x10mg tabs, 3 days 1x10mg tab.
Have 15x 20 mg Tamoxifen to take if get itchy nipples.
Any advice or thoughts on cycle is gratefully recieved.![]()
