    Need advice if i'm doing this cycle correctly please

    -I'm doing test propinate 1cc tuesdays and fridays...three 10mg dbols per day(one every 6-8 hours)...and 1cc of EQ every tuesday.

    -im doing 4 weeks of dbol, 8 weeks of prop, and 10 weeks of EQ

    -my post cycle i have nolvadex and clomid...im debating if i need HCG also for this cycle

    Please give me some feed back on if this is a good cycle, i'm currently 5'5 148lbs (starting weight) and i drink over a gallon of water per day plus 5-6 solid meals. For anymore info about my body type/diets just let me know so you can make your decision. Thank you very much everyone!!

    The cycle is awful and you have no idea what your doing or how these steroids work. I would stop what your doing and get advice before starting them again.
    What are your stats?
    How long have you been training for?

    Marcus300, you say this is a terrible cycle and i should get advice...the whole reason why i made this post was for advice so why don't you help me out a little and explain the proper way i should be doing this please. I'm only on day 2 so it's not too late to change it up. Should I replace the EQ with cypionate and do prop for only 4 weeks?

    From my knowledge...Dbol is a jump start bulker, prop is a short term test bulker, and EQ i heard was lubercation of the joints and tendors like deca, and cyp is a long term test.

    Ive been training for 2 years and barely been gaining weight or mass, this is exactly why I decided to start. I'm not doing baby workouts, i'm in the gym 5-6 days a week doing high intensity training for 45-75mins single bodyparts a day or ill double up sometimes. I don't do much cardio and I eat like a pig.

    Trust me, ive read it. It pretty much says i'm going to keep growing and my natural test will be high till im 25 and thats when i should start. The problem is i'm going to start no matter what ,so his advice of saying ''wait till your 25'' isn't much use to me. I rather have some advice on the actual cycle thank you

    Allrite then, goodbye & good luck. No 1 here will advise an 18 y/o how 2 cycle, u will only get advice NOT 2 do so, & how 2 gain naturally.

    well eat like a bigger pig. That is your problem. Post what you eat for a day

    if your only on day 2 stop. Besides all the risks of being 18. You are pretty much using everything wrong. That cycle is a disaster for anyone any age

    Then if you say I will get advice on how to gain naturally, then help me out. If I want to gain ''natural'' what should I do if i'm at a platoe. I'm eating right (over 4500calories/day), working out right, switching u routines, everything. What more can I do? Wait another 5 years till my body decides to start gaining weight again???

    I know 4500 cal is a lot, but if ur not gaining, then its not enuf. U also need 2 eat the rite foods, not just anything that isnt nailed down. And YES, time WILL help, as ur body changes so will ur gains, ur still yung bro, ur not gona look like the magazine cover 4 a while, its gona take a LONG while as a matter of fact. But it CAN b done. Keep ur head up.

    My day starts at 3am cause I work early.

    (3:15am) Meal 1- 1 cup of oatmeal mixed with a packet of flavored oatmeal, bacon, eggs, and a bagel.

    (6am) Meal 2- 1/2 cup of brown rice with 6oz of white chicken breast and a baked patatoe.

    (9:30am) Meal 3- This is the meal right before my workout, pasta with tamato sauce and ground beef with buffer creatine pills and a protein shake

    (12:30ish PM) Meal 4- I take my BCAA after my workout and i usually do a fish meal a little after, so its either between salmon and talapia with brown rice and sometimes ill throw in some shirmp.

    (4pm) Meal 5 - (this is my cheating meal, usually fast food)

    (7:30pm) Meal 6- protein shake, steak or any kind of meat with rice

    (8PM) sleep time...any advice with my current diet, please help me fix it. I'm in desperate need in gaining mass/weight because i'm getting to the point where it seems worthless to workout or eat right anymore.

    if you eat more you will gain weight. It will either be fat or muscle. But you will get heavier that is a fact. So right now you are only eating enough to support your current weight. Steroids will not change that

    gixxerboy1, it's hard for me to fit more food in my stomach...like I said i'm only about 148lbs, i'm not that big of a guy but very lean...under 10% BF

    The Bear 79, Cheat meal and bacon about 3 times a week, I thought the fats from them would help me atleast gain some weight.

    I'm about the same height as you. its tough but increase little by little then.
