Bad pain in thigh after first injection

Hello,
on Tuesday I did my very fist injection of test depo the injection went faily smooth. Was a little nervous but it was gone ok!
today Thursday after my sleep pain appeared, it swollen up a litlle bit, and the collor is a bit RED,
I'm walking around like a gimp having trouble going up stairs and everything.

My question is, is this normal.. did I screw up? my friend says it's normal and problly just hurts b/c it's my first time.

Are there any reasons my leg could be hurting so bad...? is that normal?
I could be slightly overracting but any feedback is welcome.

Sorry to tell you this, but, your going to die. Just fvcking around, put a heat pack on it and massage the area. Putting cold then hot water then cold........repeat, on the area will help too.

First go round and you use depo? And how often are you injecting?

i have a little pain the next couple days after every injection in the thigh
