Deca and Test E question. can you get both in one ml??

Hey everyone, just a quick question about Deca and Test E. I was just wondering if this is true or just someone talking shit. A mate of mine showed me one of his needles loaded up and it was only 1 ml, and he told me there was deca and Test E 250 in there, so I assumed there was .5ml test (test e 125) and .5ml of Deca 250 (Deca 125). However he was adamant in saying that there was Test E 250 and Deca 250 in there running at 250 not 125. Is this possible to have 1 ml of both Test e 250 and Deca 250? Sorry if the question is dumb just really curious
