    Nizoral 1% worth it?

I bought nizoral 1% today cause i've been very paranoid about my hair thinning, is this stuff worth it even tho its not 2%? how many times should i use a day or even week? i was also planning on getting some 5% minoxodil.

Absolutley worth it. 2% can be real harsh on your scalp and hair, many prefer the 1% and it does the job. Use it 3-4 times per week.

Totally worth it. Here in Canada it is over the counter. Another great product is "Nioxin". It can be found at a high-end hair care whole-sale place. Get the shampoo and the scalp conditioner. Totally works. The salad is one thing you dont want to fool with.

2% didn't work for me at all using it eod. Still shedding hair like my cat. I've come to face it that I'm going to go bald using AS.

Depending on what AS you are using, but the best treatment for Male Pattern Baldness right now is to use the following:

    Avodart .5mg ED
    Minoxidil 5% 2x daily
    Nizoral 1% - EOD

That regimine has regrown and thickened alot of hair for me in the last 5 months. Don't look to start seeing results for at least 4 months and peak results are closer to 18 months.
