In 6th week of test enanthate and have gained 5kilos.
So ive noticed ive gained bloat, is there any thing i can do to harden up my muscles?
Also going to start creatine next week, any advice or tips? Thanks

Bloat is mainly a diet & water intake issue, address those areas 1st.
