nolva or letro? EMERGENCY gyno

hey so i did my first cycle of test prop at 100 mg eod for about 8 weeks. i then did nolva only pct (40/40/20/20) at the start of week two a small lump apppeard under my right nipple, it didnt grow or anything so i thought itd go away after pct, its now a week after my last dose of nolva and the lump has grown a fair bit but its still barely visible on surface but i can definitely feel it when i touch, its about the size of a pea. ive done a tonne of research and keep getting mixed reviews on weather i should drop 40 mg of nolva on it or use c binos letro doses to get rid of it. any thoughts would be greatly appreciated as i want to get rid of this sh*t asap

I think it will disappear once your body's levels get back to normal but if you are worried run the letro

letro is hardcore, id stick with the nolva and see what happens. you should have used an AI at the 1st sign of tender nips.

id lumps whilst running tren and test awhile back, i started adex and they where gone in 5 or so days

yeah im thinking ill just cop the sides of letro cos im that worried about the gyno haha as you can expect with a first time cycle

yeah it started as a really small lump but it didnt grow or anything till after my last dose of nolva

i took it as being from wk2 of the cycle.

ah, could be different for sure. ive not been in that position were its cropped up during pct, all i can guess is that you're having an estro rebound of sorts . did you use an ai during cycle?

ive not used letro and all i can tell you from reading on here is that its a very strong AI and can be catabolic. best talk to swifto or marcus on this one.

nah didnt use anything on cycle and didnt have any probems with nipples during the cycle either. say if iwas to leave it would it keep growing?

dunno mate, i wouldnt risk it, if letro can fix it at the risk of being catabolic id rather that than bitch tits

Get back up to 40mg of nolva for a week then lower it to 20. Since it happened in ur pct that's cuz you didn't have enough test in ur t/e ratio... No need for letro

I had a small pea size nodule come up but after waiting it out and my body got back to normal its gone. I used Adex .25eod during cycle but stopped it after cycle and nodule is gone

alright i just did some more research and the sides are pretty alarming lol. ill try the nolva thing and if no change after a week or two im gonna go letro. thanks so much for your help guys

if i didnt have enough test should i use a natrual test booster with the nolva? or no point?

the nolva will help adjust your levels so your body gets its own test levels back up

alright too easy, just dropped 40 mg then

my joints have been bloody ache as well after pct so it must by my estrogen. gonna do a 6 week pct next cycle and AI throughout the whole cycle. cheers guys

An AI will help with keeping the conversion to estrogen,it wont help with any estrogen thats already in your system.Nolvadex will bind to the estrogen receptor and replace the estrogen thats there.You shouldnt use Nolvadex and an AI at the same time,Nolvadex will make the AI less effective. letro is very potent and will kill all your estrogen,you will have side effects from that you may not like.I would stick with the Nolvadex for at least 30 more days.

yeah thats why im hesitant to touch letro until i know the nolva didnt work, was just look for a time frame till i have no choice but to use the letro. imo i think the nolva should work cos its a barely visible lump so even if it shrank a bit i could live with it

Give it some time if your Nolvadex is good it will work,you can stay on it longer than 30 days if you need to untill you system gets to a normal estrogen level on its own.Sometimes it just takes time for your system to get back to whats normal for you and you have to be patient.Luckily you used Prop instead of a long lasting test so it will get out of your system faster,CYP and ENT can take months to get out of your system depending on how much you use. I think the best thing to do is to use an AI will you are on a cycle for 2 reasons,one it will stop the test from converting and leave more actual test in your system,and less estrogen will make your recovery faster because it has a negative effect on your test recovering. I have gotten away from long lasting compounds and do shorter cycles now,Without blood test to see how much estrogen you have while on test,you will have to experiment with AI doses to find out what works for you.

Nolvadex has 6 day half life so it builds up in your system,a week should be plenty,Its probably a little overkill but it certianly wont hurt anything.

Letro will also throw off your lipids. I have some handy just in case but it is strong, use it as a last resort.

Next time have some aromasin on hand. I will never do another cycle without it.

has anyone had any luck with reversing gyno in a similar case to mine? ive been on the nolva for 5 days and the lump hasnt gotten any bigger but the puffiness has, its become noticeable. the only positive thing is that the soreness is gone

It sounds like the Nolvadex is working give it more time,your body has to normalize itself and that will take time maby 1 or 2 months.You could add some Clomid with the Nolvadex,you should be using it now anyway.
