    Want an advise from experienced users.

    Good time of the day to everybody,

    I am 25 y.o. I am quite overweight, need to loose around 20kg of fat and build decent muscle. I have been training for about 3 months now, and I see a little increase in muscle mass.

    I want to choose a light cycle, which will have the least side effects, so I will able to gain a little muscle and also increase my fat loss rate. Also my libido seems to be very low lately, which is to be honest a bit scares me.

    My question is, is it worth taking a light steroid course for achieving my goals? I really dont need huge muslce gains, just something decent. and also will it help to increase the libido?

    There is no point doing a cycle just to get rid of bodyfat.You have higher risk with side effects when your bodyfat is high.

    Head to diet section and ask advice there and read the stickies. It's pointless to do a light cycle when you don't know how to diet.

    Thanks for your reply. I do follow the diet regime as well, I eat 5-6 times a day (2 of them shakes). What I want is to increase the speed of loosing fat, and also gain some muscle

    You've only been training 3 months? Come on now, you are no where near ready to cycle ANYTHING. Light or not. Short or long. Nothing. Train hard and maintain a solid diet for a long, long time before you even think about jumping on cycle man. I've been training for 3 years and I know I'm not even ready.

    you didnt put the weight on overnight your not going to loose it overnight. Just stick to a good diet and training
