    anavar and winny?

So here's the background on me. I'm a 29 year old fighter and student. Haven't fought in a year because of school. I plan on making my return next year. I'm on a diet similar to the one in the beginners readings. Right now i've made my way down to 190 from 200 and down from 29% body fat to 23% in about a month. My fight weight is 154 but i'm like to walk around at 165ish. I've been thinking about taking some winny or anavar. The supplier first recommended stacking winny or anavar with test or simply stacking both. The only reason I want to take something is for recovery and to help me train longer and more intense. I'm not trying to add size or anything like that. I've read winny is bad on your joints though and was wondering if it'd hurt my knees from all the running and sprinting for conditioning? Thanks for your time guys.

What are your goals as you have already made progress without AS?

Have you thought about GH and Clen?

Why waste your money on gear when you don't have your diet under control?
Get the body fat at a good level......good clean diet, good workout.......and see where you're at. All you'll do is waste money on var without a test base.....and then your BF is too high for anything that aromatizes.....imo.

My goal is to be able to recover to push the next day. My diet is on point and i'm making progress with it. It is as follows:
meal 1: 6 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal, multi vit
meal 2: brown rice cake 1 1/2 scoop protein
meal 3: 5 oz of any white meat lean, 4 oz sweet potato, 1 cup greens
    meal 4: 1 1/2 scoop protein, 5 almonds
meal 5: 5 oz tilapia, 1 cup greens
meal 6: 1 scoop protein, 1 tbsp peanut butter

i'm dieting to be in range of my fight weight, so i thought i'd try some performance enhancers to be able to train hard and long. i'm 29 and don't feel like i can recover as well as i used to when i was younger.

winny won't help you very much. Keep up the hard work and good luck with your fight.

so i don't understand, why does my body fat need to be a certain percentage when what my want is to use the steroid so that i can workout harder and longer and recover faster to keep up long intense training day in and day out?

Test turns to estrogen in fat.......get the body fat down......then think about a cycle......you'll be much healthier .....IMO
