So here's the background on me. I'm a 29 year old fighter and student. Haven't fought in a year because of school. I plan on making my return next year. I'm on a diet similar to the one in the beginners readings. Right now i've made my way down to 190 from 200 and down from 29% body fat to 23% in about a month. My fight weight is 154 but i'm like to walk around at 165ish. I've been thinking about taking some winny or anavar. The supplier first recommended stacking winny or anavar with test or simply stacking both. The only reason I want to take something is for recovery and to help me train longer and more intense. I'm not trying to add size or anything like that. I've read winny is bad on your joints though and was wondering if it'd hurt my knees from all the running and sprinting for conditioning?
