MY new EPIC cycle. im naming it the nyan cat cycle
stats: 220lbs bench 440 squat 500 deadlift. 25 years old 6 foot 6 220 pounds 10.6 percent body fat. training for 7 years, diet is clean eat 8 times a day.
so heres my cycle
the nyan cat cycle
week:
1-12 Test e 750mg/per week
1-12 eq or deca 750mg/per week
1-12 50mg proviron /per day
1-5 dbol 50mg/ per day
5-12 Anavar 100mg/per day
-----------------------------------------
Note: i might add Clen to the end of the cycle was wondering if its too much ( going to thailand for new years wanna get that beach body lol) Opinions are greatly appreciated

yeah planning to go on it for the last 5 weeks. is that too short for clen ? to be honest i never took it since im very lean naturally but this time i just wanted to give it a try and see how much more cut i can become

I keep seeing all these maniacs with mega deadlifts. I can barely get 405
I have never tried, just 365 x 5

I focus on legs i barely bench because its just extra weight for me. the stats i gave were all for 5 reps btw.i forgot i was meant to say that or post my one rep max.
anyways its my 4th cycle. and i didnt add the pct because i still wanna modify the cycle and ill do that after. how does it so far?

Your stats and cycle look good. I would just make sure your pct is correct and you may wonna run the test for and extra week to the deca or eq because they have a longer half life.

Id watch the orals for that long, dbol is quite taxing on the liver and then to back it up with anavar for 6 weeks, which btw you should run to week 14, 2 weeks after your last pin up until when you start PCT.
My suggestion would be drop the Dbol and just run the var for the last 6 weeks 8-14 or 8 weeks if you can 6-14

I was thinking of switching the EQ with some Tren e but Im thinking about how hard ill shut down. Should I just remove the EQ/tren?

AAS cycles aren't supposed to be epic, in the true sense of the word (massive in scope and size).
I was more annoyed at your misuse of the word and self-importance (giving this run of the mill cycle its own name), rather than the cycle itself.

the "lol" in the end to emphasize how pathetic it is seeing people focusing on bench press and bicep curls.
are you gonna call me a ***** for not benching and loving squats more?
one rep max for squats is around 550 and with deadlifts i can easily do 600
i weighed myself yesterday and it seems i am 230 so its not as impressive
but still.
I just wanted help with my cycle i dont understand where this other bullshit comes from

OP, you never answered the question as to how many cycles have you done previously? What compounds have you used? At what dosages? We will have a hard time assisting you if we know nothing of your previous use, especially considering you are new here.

I wanted to know if i can add clen to the end of the cycle.
and if i changed the eq with tren will it shut me down really badly? i would be planning on starting the tren 3 weeks after my first test injection
for exaomple
weeks 1-12 test e @ 500-750mg EW
weeks 1-12 eq @ 400-600mg EW
weeks 1-9 or 3-12 tren E @ (not sure of dosing as i've never used this)
weeks 6-14anavar @ 100mg ED (till PCT)

Well yeah, the hpta supression with tren is rapid and complete. So it will definitely make recovery tougher.

Clen does work, its just taxing on the heart and cardio. You'll get the shakes pretty bad but ultimately its up to you if you REALLY need it. You sound pretty lean considering your height so at the end of your cycle if you'd like to run it go for it. The rest of the cycle looks good, you're gonna blow up for sure, I would get a solid PCT from the people on the site to make sure everything runs smoothly. Also you should run an AI during as well like airimidex

Am I the only one here that thinks 500x5 on deadlift is impressive??? Nobody has addressed that. That is something I have never seen a 220lb guy do...... UNless he is like 4%bf...but he would not have the carb energy to do so.
I have a hard time repping 405 @ 230 lbs and I thought I was strong....
