Good evening fellas, - I first want to thank and express my appreciation to those who reply with good, concrete advise. I've had great experiences in the past getting quality answers so thanks. That being said, I need some help.
Hypothetically: 6'2, 190lbs. Training for 8+ years. Diet needs work but training intense. Probably 9-13 BF. Fortunately, great genetics (high metabolism, naturally lean and strong). 2 previous Var only(no pct regrettably but fine) - amazing results. Strength flirts with abnormal. Never pinned.
Goals- In it for the long term. Lean, quality muscle that last, nothing too drastic or noticeable. Avoiding Sides at all cost. Particularly dont want bad skin or gyno. Wanting the ripped "v" look. Dont want water or bloat.
The Goods:
1-10 -250mgs of test E (10 weeks)
3-10 -80 mgs ED Var (8 weeks)
7-10 -50 mgs ED Winnie (3 weeks)
Questions:
1) - Can one Pin just once a week at 250 and it be fine? (Understanding twice can make "levels more even", if once will suffice and do the trick, why not). If just once a week, then maybe every 6 days for 11 weeks? Your thoughts...
2) - I know running two orals is allegedly horrible for your liver, but does anyone KNOW this is true? Will it be ok to run 3 weeks winny at the end with Var and Winnie? People who do cycles for 5+ yrs have to be in worse shape than a one-time 2 oral for 3 weeks no?
3) Most importantly, needing PCT advise. At 250mg/week, is a lighter PCT in order? Because its small, 7 days after last pin, but will just clomid or just novdex do? If so, like 2 weeks? I have also read stuff about HCG but I dont know if thats necessary at such a low dose.
