    SUSTANON/DECA for a 15-20 lb GAIN????

    25 6'0 178lbs. I've done one cycle when I was young and dumb (20) with no PCT. Had GREAT gains and no side effects. Been all natural since and looking for a change. Any tips on what I should take? Im obviously worried about my image, so I want clean roids with minimal side effects. Sust, Deca , ext... If I do add deca to my cycle, is it ok to mix both into one syringe?? Just a few Newbie questions....

    You should stick with test only for your first cycle and before taking anything you need to sort your diet out otherwise your wasting your time with steroids because you will lose all gains after the cycle. Check out the diet section and post your diet see if we can sort things out for you. But as far as steroids go stick with one compound Test only and make sure you have a solid pct.

    Hey man maybe it sounds boring but believe me its true.
    If youŽre not doing proper diet and commited with trainning, eating, resting spend money for PCT and supplementation after the course, forget it. YouŽll get a pump and then go back to the same body. Diet is 100% and trainning is 100%. are you really ready for steroids ?

    The diet will be my number one priority!! Now onto the both roids in one syringe.... Is this ok??

    Wuts rong with u guys, y cant u just giv me the info I want & ignore the fact that @ 6' & 178 lbs., my diet is obviously rong & I'm not ready 4 steroids ?!?!? I told u diet will b my #1 priority, isnt that good enuf?!?! Just tell me if its ok 2 inject 2 dangerous compounds in2 my body through the same pin even though I dont know how 2 eat rite & my knowledge of these compounds is even less than my diet knowledge.

    Yes that is okay. But you would be able to gain 15-20 lbs easily off just test alone if your diet and training is in check. Post your diet in the diet section you'll get some good tips even if you think your diet is in check now.

    why dont you make it a priority now and gain 15lbs with out injecting anything

    I agree.. That's why I told em to post his diet because there is no way someone could be 6'0 178lbs with a diet in check.

    Not two accounts... Just someone being a dick and mocking me. I'm not going to just run and buy some juice and start taking it. I obviously will get things in check before I inject something into my body. But I just wanted some info before I head into it. I've read countless diet plans in the diet section and I don't have any questions about that. I understand I need to eat like a beast.

    I would take the additional step (if you have not) of posting your diet, and accepting critiques and trying changes suggested by the very knowlegable guys over on that board. Almost everyone can benefit from changes to their current diets and suggestions for the diet prior to cycle and during cycle.

    The same goes for workouts and sleep. That is too many workouts can stall gains and the same goes double for not getting enough sleep, both are critical to recovery and growth.

    Don't get me wrong here I am not saying not to use juice, thats not my decision. And its been my personal experience that seeing and feeling the gains on a half assed cycle ( my own experience) can be a great motivator to try to improve in other areas, nutrition, sleep, workouts. Please just take the time to make sure your diet and rest ( number 1 and number 2 for gaining and keeping muscle) is spot on so you can reap and KEEP the greatest gains.

    As far as the original questions, while I would also suggest a test only cycle this go round, if and when you use Test/Deca there is no problem whatsoever with mixing them in the syringe.

    My diet Is the following....

    Wake: 6 eggs a plain bagel and 3/4 cup cottege cheese.

    Usually followed by the gym which I take 40 grams of protien immediately after.

    30-40 mins after the shake I eat a chicken breast and about a 1 1/2 cups of rigatoni pasta plain.

    I usually work around 3-5 so I'll eat a can of tuna with 2 slices whole wheat bread.

    Followed by a Shake of 40 g protien at work.

    Then I will come home around 10 or so and eat dinner. ( the girl makes the dinner) but it usually consists of chicken/beef/fish with your usual 2 sides. Potatoes/veggies or whatever.

    That's basically what I eat in a day

    You will ot gain 15-20lbs eating like that. Your diet isn't that bad but not much of a bulker. You're only eating 4 times and one of them is tuna and bread. I'd ditch the bagel and cottage cheese and replace it with a double serving of oatmeal and a few waffles. Add in some fast acting carbs after your workout. That shake at work should be a weight gainer shake.

    Sorry dude, but just eyeballing that I don't think that's even over 3000 calories. You won't grow naturally on that, and you won't sustain any cycle gains on a diet like that.

    Your eating like a 178# person, if you take the steroids and gain 15#'s, and continue to eat like a 178#er after your cycle you will loose all your gains. Everyones been spoon feeding diet, diet, but it will make or break any cycle.

    I try to force feed myself as much as possible. It's just hard when most of the things you have to eat are repeated...

    yeah not really an impressing stats . 178 lbs at 6 feet. something is wrong with diet. cuz at 6 feet i would say 200 lbs or so to be ready. i mean so that it indicates u have a good diet and did workout for a long time naturally
