I get irritable on test e. Sleeping does become a bit of an issue for me but I'm not sure if I'm just stressed and my mind is working overtime. I do get to sleep eventually though lol

You probably would be less irritable if you got enough sleep. Did you try a warm glass of milk before you go to bed? If that doesn't work and you shouldn't make a habit of it, but you could try an OTC sleep aid.

You don't have to be a douche about it. Warm milk is relaxing to drink. Being relaxed might help you get to sleep.

Melatonin & Valium. First one, then both. I only need it on bigger doses of Tren. Recently started GH. This has helped immensely.

I get lethargic on cycle so it actually helps me sleep cause its harder to sleep when off for me usually bc of stress. I'll take some melatonin usually between 3mg and 6mg about 30min B4 bed. Dont get the time released ones tho because you may feel drowsy the next morning. I prefer that first because its a natural chemical. If all else fails i'll take some diphenhydramine (benedryl, sleep aids, 1st generations allergy pills, etc...) but i'll usually take a very low dose like 25mg or less because taking 50mg makes me feel drowsy in the morning especially if i gotta wake up early and once i get to sleep i'm fine its just getting to sleep initially thats a PITA for me sometimes.
