Long time browser, first time poster. I have some questions before I start my first cycle. Hoping to get some help!
Age: 28
Height: 177cm
Weight: 73kgs
Diet: 2300-2600 cals/day
Diet % Breakdown: 65%P 20%C 15%F
Training: 4 years
Self confessed "skinny guy", but have made really good gains in the past 12 months
My diet has been in check for 12 months now and I have fine tuned it. Feel as if I've hit a wall in the past 3 months, I am getting lots of rest and not overtraining.
I always thought my first cycle would be test e @ 500mgs/week for 10 weeks, but my local source has recommended the following:
200mgs test-e
200mgs EQ
Per week
I had heard that 500/week of test-e could give me some nasty sides, so I believe the above is "safer" in terms of sides.
What I want to know is, will the above work? I want to add some mass but not to extreme - I don’t want to explode in size.
