    Fat burning

Ok well I'm considering trying steroids (probably going to do the injected version of it) and was wounding what kind of affect they would on someone that is 250 lbs. 6' 1" and don't know what my body fat ratio so here's like a rough guess maybe like 30%+ (by the way how do you go about measuring body fat?). Should I consider losing wait befor I actually start a ccycle or what do you guys recommend? Well thanks for taking the time and reading this hope i get some answers soon.

Yeah man, that's way too high BF to do any kind of cycle. You will wind up messing yourself up, probably get gyno and gain more fat. Focus on your diet bro. Try to get below 15% bf if you're really set on doing it. Go see your doctor and have them measure it for you. Also do a physical with blood work to make sure you don't have any existing issues. But most importantly- read read read. Use this website and educate yourself on steroids and everything cycling entails. Hit the diet section too for tips on eating. Just do your research bro.

you need to reduce your body fat with diet. At your age of 19 you are way to young for steroids as your endocrine system is not fully developed and you will risk permanent damage!
