Im 26 5'10 190.... bf 15-18. I have run 2 major cycles years ago. I had some pretty good results; but no where near what I could get with the knowledge of training and diet that I hold now.

So here is my situation; I would like to run another cycle; Before that I would like to max out my natural potential. How many months do I spend at a plateau before I know my body is at its limit for growth?

Any input would be great; but I would love to hear from guys that maxed out natural ability and then cycled. Thanks.
