    Injecting

Is a 25gauge 5/8 inch needle sufficient for injecting test e either deltoid or glute or does the needle need to be longer to penetrate deep muscle tissue

you should use a 1inch for delt. and depending on how lean you are 1 or 1.5 for the glute

I go 5/8inch in Delt no problem. I'm pretty lean, though. Many people say 1inch to be safe.

Does it actually matter whether you inject a delt it glute? Why do most people choose glute as injection site?

It doesn't matter. You can inject into pretty much any muscle tissue. Having said that, there are some that are much easier than others, and some much more PAINFUL than others. For instance, I would stay way from calves. I'd stay away from forearms too due to the amount of vessels.

I'm currently injecting into delts, 2 different spots on each quad, and the short head of each tricep. I personally hate injecting into the glutes. Hard to see, hard to aspirate , and hard to sit if you happen to have pain. My rotation has worked very well for me.

Most people I know of actually start with Delt. I don't know which site is most common in general, though. I've heard convincing arguments for why glutes are 'the best,' mainly that it is a very large muscle for the oil to spread over, but I don't think it really matters. You really should aim for several injection sites. You keep hitting the same one over and over, you're going to wind up with problems such as scar tissue buildup.
