test e 500mg split (monday morning 250mg and thursday night 250mg) - 12 wks

if signs of gyno occur...
25 mg of Nolvadex stacked with .5mg arimidex each day til three days after symptoms subside.

21 days after last injection of test e start PCT as follows...
week 1-2 40mg nolvadex
week 3-4 25mg nolvadex

(should i start the pct sooner? the pct calculator said 21 days based on half life)

been training 11 years started in the marine corps, but got serious about 6 years ago when i started personal training.... and they determine it by half life, u can use this website. http://pct.befit4free.net/ it breaks down how much u have in your system each day you just put in your dosage how long your cycle is the compound you are using and the frequency...

11 years total... 6 years hard since i got certified and started my long hard road to an exercise science degree. a lot more goes into it than just what compound you are using... http://pct.befit4free.net/ is the website i used you put in the compound the dosage and schedule as well as how long your cycle is and then it tells you how much is in your system and at what point you should start your PCT. seems to be a pretty legitimate site... but then again so do a lot of others. :-)

Your PCT could be much better that that. Read the stickys in the
PCT section.

yeah modified it with nolvadex clomid blend, check out my other post... he doesnt have em seperate just a sublingual mix of the two, comes at 10mg tamoxifen/50mg clomid per full dropper.... so would i do just 2 full droppers and then taper down to 1 after 2nd week?

Randy, id say 21 days if you were using deca, but your not so 14 days. My advice, stop searching the overall net and search this site, youve got a 10 yr vet telling you 14 days vs. whatever link you posted that no one here is clicking on. You thanked me for giving you a direct answer before, hope your still looking for it and not spamming?!

deleted the website.. think i got em u were right did kinda appear to be spamlike but wasnt meant to be... i found that website and it broke down how much of the test was still in your system based on the halflife and how often you did your injections and the dosage, and said when you should start pct based on the data. i love when things are direct and i understand the science behind it, actually i have to know the science behind things or i go insane i used to see people doing squats with plates under their heels a lot of people said it was bad so i did research was actually a technique from the 70s but the risk to benefit ratio was too high due to the shearing forces on the knees and there not being initial glute activation and loading... just one example. but that is why i questioned the 10 year vet... not because i thought he was wrong i just wanted to know why to take at 14... so sorry if i offended anyone, it was not my intent at all.

Why nolva n armidex if symptons show up? Nolva should be used to correct and armi should be used to prevent

Also, the nolva/clomid 50/10 dropper may not be the way to go.. Its too much clomid per Nolva imo Check out Arr at the top, good site

yeah already decided on the ar-r site comes highly recommended on here... gonna keep AI on hand in case of gyno symptoms and then just nolvadex for a PCT... and i finally found out what the hell a sticky is lol... my Test Enanthate comes in in a few days!!! gonna wait until i have my cycle perfect before i start tho, probably give it a solid 3 or 4 months of research especially the AI and PCT portion... thanks for all the help so far!
