diet: body weight in protein. preety clean
plan to gain a nice amount of size but very cut up
what i plan to run is:
test prop- wk 1-10 eod 100mgs
winstrol- wk 2-6 50 mg ed
decca- wk 6-10 400 mg weekly
going to be doing some speed training and lifting because i play college football, i figured the decca would help out the way winstrol hurts your joints... any tips? or crituques... kinda new at this website
