    About to start Cutting as much Fat as possible - Need some Guidance

    Ok here’s the tale of the tape:

    30 yr old
    5’9
    Now 249 lbs from 315 lbs
    About 30% (Not sure what exact % is atm)
    Been weight training for 2 years
    Can workout any day of the week

    Now the goal. I want to hit below 10% body fat by June and I am looking to take the ECA stack with Clen sub. My diet is going to be as clean as possible (Tuna chicken breast veggies, oatmeal the usual)

    I plan on doing very high intensity weight and cardio training 4 days a week. My problem is I do not want to loose any muscle that I’ve put on in the last 6 months. I made some very good gains. Ran tren twice and LOVED it.

    The only issue I have is I have asthma which developed in the past yr or so, but other than that I am in perfect health. Blood test can back with beautiful results. A little over normal for kidney toxic lvl, but we’re talking like .5 over norm and I can blame tren for that which I will not be running until June so I’m good there.

    I will take many pictures and document this road trip and post them here. That's more for my discipline then anything.

    What other suggestions if any do you guys have? Am I on the right track or can you help improve my plan?

    I dont get it. Your just going to run Clen ?

    N did you cycle above 30% bodyfat...?

    That was the plan to just run eca stack with clen, but want to have a better way of doing it if there is one.

    When I started my first cycle of tren I was about 305 lb and drop 50+ pounds in about six months cycling tren twice. I was defenatly highier in fat %.

    Don't run ECA with clen . Not only do they hit the same receptors, but it's also murder on your poor heart man. At the very least, pick one or the other.

    Just stick to a good diet first. Figure out your daily macros and hit the diet forum.

    1st, did u run Tren ALONE? 2nd, u ran Tren for 6 months?!?

    if you ran tren alone that was a bad idea mate, research before you ever touch anything again.

    clen is overrated crap, stick to a good diet and training programme, you do not need clen and will do as much without it

    My fault that was a typo. I'm going to substitute the Ephedrine for Clen

    No I ran tren with Test...and I did two separate cycles.

    Up until this point everyone is saying strict dieting. I'll research some good ones on this forum, but if anyone can recommend one I'll welcome it

    I was in the same boat as you about 3 years ago. Got injured, stopped lifting, got married and turned into a lazy piece of shit. Blimped up to 300lbs. Now I'm at 235lbs, lean and mean. This is how I lost the weight/fat.

    1) Diet
    2) Cardio
    3) Oxis (formoterol)
    4) T3/T4
