Let me begin by saying I'm not looking for a magical pill. I'm scrawny, always have been. I haven't been working out for a long time but I feel like I'm not getting the results that match the time I'm dedicating to it. I'm 19, I'll be 20 later this year. I eat very healthy, but may not be following the right diet. I consume usually 2 protein shakes a day and various meals mainly consisting of chicken and either noodles or rice. I've read where it isn't suggested for guys my age to take steroids as we shouldn't need the extra testosterone. I'm just trying to figure out what my malfunction is haha. Should I try steroids? What should I eat instead? What routines should I follow?
