Could Use Some Advice
Let me begin by saying I'm not looking for a magical pill. I'm scrawny, always have been. I haven't been working out for a long time but I feel like I'm not getting the results that match the time I'm dedicating to it. I'm 19, I'll be 20 later this year. I eat very healthy, but may not be following the right diet. I consume usually 2 protein shakes a day and various meals mainly consisting of chicken and either noodles or rice. I've read where it isn't suggested for guys my age to take steroids as we shouldn't need the extra testosterone . I'm just trying to figure out what my malfunction is haha. Should I try steroids? What should I eat instead? What routines should I follow?

eat eat eat, stay away from the steroids , youve got plenty of test at your age. Eat everything in site, if your scrawny eat dude. continue to supplement with your protein shakes, and increase the intesity of your workouts, heavy but make sure your form is good. Good luck bro

Your metabolism is likely raging. May want to start with some creatine- if you are a responder you may be able to count on 5-10lbs. At your age anything hormonal is strictly out of question. Eat eat and eat. Shoot for atleast 1 gram of protein/pound of bodyweight- and that is from real food. Then some whey on top of that. Never allow your body to feel hungry- ever. Work out 6 days a week on a good program and squat 2xweek heavy. Do no cardio. Lift heavy with strict form with working sets in the 8 rep range to failure on every set. No hormones bro- you will thank me later.
