I posted in the wrong section... sorry.
New to Test.
280 38% down to 160 20% = 1 year training a lot of lose skin.
Left with options surgery or enhancements.
Need to know cycle , diet , diet , diet , and pct .
I know that it's recommended to getting down to 15% before doing your first cycle .
I know that I will bloat and my est will be spiked with test .
I also know that there is cutting gear.
I want to build lean body mass, and later cut down to a more solid base than I have currently.
Should I just go with the surgery that will cost me around 11,000 and leave me with nasty sick looking scars or should I spend a few hundred a year for a few years and have the problem fixed inside the gym while on enhancements?

so you suggest I diet down more?
Even though I only currently have a lean body mass of 130?
How much more lose skin do you think I will end up with if I already have a lot of it now... I can't even stand up without my skin touching my privates. when I bend over you can see a huge sack of nasty skin hanging below my stomach.. Yet you want me to continue dieting?

I know that once I start a Test only cycle I will have to eat correctly and lift even heavier than I am currently. Should I mention after a few months in the gym the only thing that has changed is the weights not my appearance? I started at 50 pound bench presses now up 150..

not dieting per se but eating better so you get the best body underneath to try to maximize your potential by building lean mass before taking such drastic steps...does this make sense?

No to be honest it doesn't. I have been on very different diet plans I should restate that I lost the 120 pounds in 8 months and since then been trying my hardest to fix the lose skin without taking the drastic steps. I have days now where I feel like a complete pile of sh and end up eating well over a whole bag of cereal 8 hamburgers and 20 bags of chips.. I know that's not healthy but I can't even put on weight it seems while doing that. I wish I had an understanding of my actual bodyfat and my actual weight without all the dead flabby ass skin I carry around.

The same path every other forum site I have used will put me on? The same path that has yielded no visible results? The same path that has lead me to be down to 145 pounds at 20% bodyfat due to excess skin? I am not sitting here lying to you for your permission to start enhancements... I am wanting to know what one would rather do enhancements or surgery.... the only two real options I have.

when you say enhancements what exactly are you saying? steroids ? if so then I doubt many members would suggest AAS for someone who is at least 20% BF who doesn't intend to eat correctly by eating 8 hamburgers and 20 bags of chips....

Bro spend some quality time over in the Diet forum, ask questions if you have any most everyone is more than helpful. The old saying around here deit and cardio is what makes us lose weight. Best of luck! And remember losing weight isn't easy, if it were there wouldn't be any overweight people around.

Do I have to say it again?
I am not trying to lose weight...
I am trying to build a heavier frame.
Most people recommend 15% or lower when the person has no excess skin...
I have a huge pile of excess skin on my body that I carry around after LOSING WEIGHT.
I am faced with only two options steroids or surgery.
Surgery will cost me 11k and steroids should not even bring me close to that figure.
I AM WILLING to diet correctly and work out in the gym I have done that for the past few months now.... yet no results due to the lack of a solid base and having to carry around so much dead skin.
You know I came here asking for suggestions on what I should do for my first cycle read more from other people and decided to take anavar + t3 + clen + test prop for my first cycle. If you have a suggestion on a better cycle let me know otherwise stop telling me to freaking diet.
Even when I do eat 12k calories a day I don't gain weight...... Yes I know not possible... etc... but as I said I carry around a lot of lose skin no idea how much I actual weigh or my bodyfat percentage. I was sent to the hospital because of the way my bones and body was shrinking yet my gut was not.

A few questions you may have answered already not sure but what the heck.
What are your current stats?
Height -
Weight - 145?
Age -
Do you have medical issues?
Did you diet to lose the weight you lost or was this from a medical issue?
If from diet what diet did you use? if from medical issue what issue?
Why did you chose to lose that amount of weight without exercising to maintain your skin condition?
Has a medical professional told you that you need to have the skin removed as an only option?
There is no miracle cure to the situation you are in this will take time, and surgery may be your best option if you are wanting things done faster. There are no garuntees that with time and exercise that you will ever be happy with the way your skin will look since losing the weight so fast.
Diet is the start of any cycle or training program and you will not find anyone here that has good knowledge of things that will tell you any different... that may not be what you want to hear and there is always the possibility that you will find someone somewhere that will just go along with you if that is what you are looking for than kool and I wish you luck... if you are here for people to try to help you with what they have learned over the years (note on years) of hard work and trial and error themselves than buckle in and work with them try new things and find what will work a day at a time. Things are not the same for everyone but one things is for sure it all starts the same way with a plan and working on it everyday with many tweaks along the way to make it better and the willingness to try.Every man has the ability to be a fool, it is what he does to recover that shows who the fool really is.

i think if i were in your situation i would be thinking surgery. steroids can be very dangerous, did you lose the weight from surgery? or diet? i wish you the best . make sure you swim as much as possible that tightens the skin.

YOU ARE NOT LISTENING EITHER!
When I said diet I told you not diet per se. Diet means eating right. Not to be automatically taken as losing weight. You need to gain lean mass and this is done thru your food which is another term for "diet" meaning what you put in your mouth.
Taking steroids to do what you want to do will not do a magic trick especially if you do not eat correctly. And this is where you need to be open to eating correctly and not looking for a quick fix. Then after your eating is dialed in then at such point that would be the time to make this decision. Whether to do steroids or not.Life is too short, so kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly.Author Unknown

Just get the surgery. It is easier and faster.
If you want to continue with your plan to fill your excess skin with muscle, I think you should answer Admin's questions above, and post pics of yourself so everyone has a more accurate picture of what is skin, and what is still underlaying fat. Help everyone give you accurate advice.
