Exactly, you're gonna screw your body all up man. Just stop doing it. You, or your buddy or whatever, don't need an intervention, just plain in simple. Stop. At some point don't the gains stop coming? If your cycling on the same substance for that long, without a break?

I didnt mean to make it sound like he should just stop the cycle and not do a pct haha, i just ment to stop cycling, and PROPERLY come off it..My bad.

thx for input guys and yes hes been on test and var for long timne and its actually 2yrs straight not 3 (even though doesnt make muvh diff its still too long regardless).i know its horrible but hes askin for advice on best way to come off and do a good pct since being on for so long.any advice will be appreictaed thx guys
