aromsin or adrimidex for during cycle. Need help to many differnet answers

Hey im running test e 500 a week and i can either get a-dex or aromasin for the same price, both from a chemist so its all legit. I was wondering which would be better to take as there are so many mixed response and i dont no if im gyno prone or not so just wondering could some1 once and for all help with this question. Also could u give the dossage u recommend i heard a-dex .5mg EOD and aromisan 12.5mg EOD???

.5 mg eod is good adex, only use it if you start feeling the gyno, as i read it can make the roids less effective. I took mine first day of pct and all the way through. Either or i believe works well

anyone else? i was thinkin a-dex but read people really sayin aromisan is the better option but more expensive, i think im going to run it from the start of the cycle just at a low dose as i am really concerned about gyno as i think i am prone due to a bit of fat around my nipple area. but i heard that at a lose dose it wont hinder gains . anyone else try aromasin or a-dex or what would they use

Both are good I have only used Adex but from wat I have read Aromasim is better.Just pick one it isnt a life and death thing

dont use the adex during pct, use only during cycle.

if you lower estro too far it can affect gains but you'd have to be using adex stupidly to do that, simply just by taking adex wont hurt you, infact when i start to fell estro rising and go on adex my gains take off again. dosage is key

just be careful how you word things here mate, or next thing half the forum will be rubbishing adex
