Need some help.
I am wanting to cut fat and bulk up with lean muscle. Is Testosterone 400 and Winstro 50 a good combination for this? If so how should I dose and if not what do you recomend?

IMO? get your BF down a little bit more first and you would be a lot happier with your cycle.
So bottom line: come on over to the diet forum to do this and then you will see much better results...

Diet and cardio till you're down to about 12% BF. Then, w/a good diet still in place, use the test to bulk. No need for the Winstrol right now.

im am on a 1500 cal a day diet and exercise every day i am down from 253 and am ready to start my cycle.

I eat high protien and high fiber diet. Most every day a bran muffin for breakfast, 8 oz of white tuna for lunch with 1/4 cup beans, and dinner a salad and smoked samon. with 80 cal protien bars for snacks. Understand the reason I am wanting to get on a cycle is that I have been complete layed up for 7 months. The last 6 weeks I have got back on cardio and am weight training again but I lost alot of muscle while being sick. I want to get my streangth back I had before and some of my bulked look.
As far as exercise 1/2 mile on treadmill twice a day and 2 hours of weight training every day alternating upper and lower body.

a bran muffin for breakfast is not enough food nor much nutrition so please come on over to the diet forum and I will give you a fabulous pancake recipe in place of the muffin! And you will love it!

read up on the stickies, learn what you want to do, plan a cycle, pct etc and then come back with questions. Its better to learn what your doing instead of being told
