    Question First Cycle. Am I doing it right?

    Hi All. This is my first cycle so any feedback would be welcome.
    Sus 250 2x week total of 500mg 10 weeks
    ERASE OTC AI while on cycle
    Organ Shield by Purus Labs...daily..mainly for Saw Palmetto to combat DHT

    PCT: Clomid and Recycle by Purus Labs (OTC PCT test booster) and creatine.

    I'm a simple guy so I like to keep it simple.

    This good enough?

    Looks more complicated than simple to me. Simplicity involves the least of amount of compounds and chemicals, EXCEPT FOR those dictated by NEED. So let's assess your need, shall we? A few questions...

    In a first cycle there should be no history of bloating or gyno, so why are you taking this?

    Same question...are you predisposed (history or heredity) to DHT-induced hair loss or prostate problems?

    It's hard to overdo pct, so technically this is fine, but wouldn't you rather know what basic pct is like first?

    Many of the problems incurred on cycle are readily resolvable, thus running an unencumbered cycle permits you learn more about your body. How will you ever know how DHT affects you if you're always proactively combating it? It's better to learn how much bloat you get from Sust, Enth, and even Prop; what causes (for you) cramping, acne, night sweats, etc. It makes you a better authority, and you're never over-medicating.

    I think it's more important to learn about your weakness/susceptibilities, than to merely over-protect yourself.

    Wow. I really thought I was keeping it simple compared to some other cycles I read about on this forum. Thanks for the input and advise. I have really tried to educate myself by researching and being on this forum and have come to the conclusion that taking preventive measures to avoid or minimize sides are the best course of action. Other than the gear and Clomid everything else are natural OTC products.

    I am not predisposed to hairloss but I don't want to find out if DHT will affect me in that way. Once you lose it you can't get it back.

    I don't have gyno issues but I don't want to find out if if my body reacts that way from excessive estrogen.

    Our country takes preventive measures to keep its people safe. Parents take preventive measures to keep their children safe. Why not take preventive measures to keep your own body safe?

    I understand your point but I think you might be wrong on this one.

    My stats are:

    43 years old
    Been lifting since 19 years old. About 24 years of weight training.
    5ft 8inch 185lbs bodyfat% don't have exact figure my guess low teens

    with my cycle I'm just looking for that extra boost to put on a little more muscle and get rid of some belly fat. I am 5 weeks into a 10 week cycle and have gained 10 lbs. muscles are visibly bigger in my chest and arms and i get alot of compliments like......"are you working out? You look good." since my cycle I find myself working out in my garage home gym at 11 PM at night. Something I would never be able to do If I wasn't using gear. Its the boost I need to find an excuse and the energy to weight train religously again.

    my weight train regimen is very simple compound excercises.
    Bench Presses..Lat Pull downs...Arm curls...Shoulder Press...Ab work..seated rows. I go heavy and hard. don't work out my triceps because by the end they are tapped.

    my weight gain so far is very dry and lean. No bloat whatsoever. Mayber the AI I'm taking while on Cycle? Anyway, I was just curious to see If maybe others had suggestions where i can improve my cycle. gained 10lbs so far with no sides which i guess is pretty good.

    not sure about all the OTC stuff your taking but otherwise looks good

    i agree with magic and i wouldn't trust any OTC supplements as an ai or for pct

    IMO sus should be shot 3 or 4 times a week not twice

    Thanks everyone. i know the OTC stuff is an unknown but at the time it was all I had access to. atleast i got some Clomid! I have had good experiences with the OTC stuff i am taking and know they are effective but the great unknown is are they effective for a body that is currently on gear? I will post reviews of the OTC stuff I am taking in the supplement section at the end of my cycle and PCT. The problem i have is that I only have 24 50mg Clomid pills. I was told to take one 50mg pill a day for 24 days as PCT and a test booster to enhance. Thats where the OTC came in. Can I get by a shutdown with this? now I'm scratching my head wondering.

    There is no real need to shoot sus more then 2x a week
