where to inject, all please give opinions
Now that I am going to be shooting my sust three times a week, I am going to have to use muscles other than my glutes. I know a lot of people use their quads, but I have also heard that the quads are a bit risky. Everyone please feel free to give your opinions on where it is best to shoot and why. Thanks

Dude,
Just go for the delts, the easiest and less painfull places of all. it might hurt thought on the first shot, but later on you wont even feel it

Just did my first quad shot 30 mins ago bro. No pain at injection, its nice and easy because you can sit down and relax while doing it, didnt even feel the needle go in. Next week im going for a delt shot.
