I'm new to this forum, but I am extremely knowledgeable for my age in the field.. I'm going to give you all a background on my steroid use so you know where I am coming from. My picture is in the avitar (around 255lbs 10-11%bf 6' 20 years old), a few weeks ago.

I was skinny when I came to college in 2008, around 6' 175lbs 8-10%bf. I had played soccer and done track and field in high school, so I got into lifting when I came to college (about 4 years ago) to take the place of that. I really got into the "natural" thing with a good clean diet and hard training 6 days a week. I worked my way up to about 3500-4000 kcal per day with around 250-300g of protein and mostly whole foods by the end of my freshman year. I really wasn't drinking alcohol much at all, or eating a typical shitty college diet. After freshman year, I had gained about 10lbs of lean muscle and was looking to keep the ball rolling.

My roommate (and now best friend) sophomore year was my lifting partner from freshman year. He was crazy at the time. He had just broken up with his high school "love," and he was lifting and running for literally 3-4 hours every day. At the beginning of the first fall semester, he told me he was going to do a cycle of steroids . I hadn't really known much about the subject, but I supported him and assumed he knew what he was doing to himself (at then age 19). His cycle was 4 weeks of dbol at 40mg every day along with test c at 500mg per week for 12 weeks. He followed that with a pct of tamoxifen and clomiphene, and he had minimal side effects.

Retrospectively, he actually did do it pretty well for a first cycle, but he was lucky that he had almost NO side effects. He came off fine, after gaining almost 25lbs in 3 months and losing only 5lb after pct. He did another cycle in the spring (he was now 20) of test c, dbol, and winstrol . This time he gained almost 15 more lbs, and lost only 5lbs after coming off pct. He had gone from 6' 180lbs to 210lbs (with less body fat) in about 8 months with almost NO side effects, I was convinced. That year, I had only gained an additional 10 lbs in the time he had gained 30lbs.

With the temptation of getting massive hovering in front of my face, I started used steroids about 16 months ago during the summer between sophomore and junior year. I was decently built for a natural lifter at 10-12%bf 195lbs 6' 20 years old when I started my first cycle in May 2010. The cycle and pct were as follows:

week 1-10 test c @ 250mg every 3.5 days
week 6-12 winstrol (oral) @ 50mg every day in 5 10mg doses
week 1-12 HCG 250iu every 3.5 days
week 1-12 aromasin 5mg every day
week 13-16 tamoxifen 40/20/20/20
week 13-16 toremifene 120/60/60/60

After this cycle and pct, I was sitting at 6' 205lbs 8-9%bf. My bench press had gone from 275lbs for 4 to 315 for 4 in only 12 weeks, and it was obvious that I was hungry for more. I actually took a long time off before starting my next cycle. My first cycle had run from May - July, and I did not start again until early January (about 10 months ago). This is where I went off the deep end.. I'm not sure what I was thinking at the time, but I decided more was better and that I could get away without any side effects. My second cycle was as follows:

week 1-12 test c @ 500mg every 3.5 days
week 1-10 tren e @ 300mg every 3.5 days
week 1-10 mast e @ 300mg every 3.5 days
week 1-6 dbol @ 60mg every day taken in 3 doses
week 1-14 HCG 250iu every 3.5 days
week 1-14 aromasin 5mg every day
week 15-18 tamox 40/20/20/20
week 15-18 torem 120/60/60/60

After this cycle and pct were done, I was sitting at 6' 230lbs 8-9%bf. I was benching 405 for reps, and squat 585 for reps.. I was stronger than anyone I had ever seen lift.. yet I was still hungry for more. I decided to use HGH shortly following my pct so that I could maintain as much as possible. I started with 2iu, and worked up to 5iu every day. At this point, I began to sell to cover the costs of using (it worked very well, I actually made a profit). My diet had become stronger over time, and during that second cycle up to current times I was consuming around 400g of protein a day (with only 2 protein shakes per day) and 5000-5500 kcal of clean food. Surprisingly, the only side effects that I had experienced were a slight increase in the oil secretion of my skin, slightly more acne (I always had a little), slight erectile dysfunction (while on tren, once I came off tren it was normal again) that was combated with cialis, mild insomnia, and shrunken testicles.

During my off time (after pct), I got a full panel of bloodwork done to check all of my vitals. Cholesterol was fantastic, triglycerides were in normal range, blood pressure was slightly high (around 130 over 85), liver function was out of normal range by a few points, kidney function / insulin resistance was fine, and pulse resting was around 70 bpm.

I took two months off of the AAS, and in August I started my current cycle. Going into the cycle, I had lost NOTHING from my previous one. Side effects were minimal (relatively speaking) from my previous cycles, money wasn't a problem, and I started training with a few professional bodybuilders at my gym and getting advice from them. I was going to do this one bigger than anything anyone had ever done. It resembled one of those cycles that people say pro bodybuilders do, but everyone always says BS!! No way they can run that high of a dose.. well I did. The cycle (that I just came off of days ago) is below:

week 1-14 250mg sustanon every day
week 1-12 200mg tren e every day
week 1-14 200mg EQ every day
week 1-6 100mg anadrol every day
week 1-4, 9-12, 17-20 15iu humalog post workout every day
week 1-4, 9-12, 17-20 15iu humulin r morning, afternoon
week 1-XX 5iu HGH every day
week 1-XX 40mcg IGF-1 LR3 post workout every day
week 1-16 HCG 250iu every 3.5 days
week 1-16 aromasin 10mg every day
week 1-14 bromocriptin 1.25mg every other day
week 17-22 tamox 40/20/20/20/20/20
week 17-22 torem 120/60/60/60/60/60

I just started pct a few days ago. I am running, insulin, HGH, and IGF still while on pct. My bodybuilding friends told me to just cruise on 250mg of test c instead, but I don't know if I'm ready for that yet.. at this age. The results of this cycle: my strength had gone through the roof.. I deadlifted 800lbs for the first time, benched 455lbs for 5 reps, and was squatting 675lbs for sets of 3-4 reps. My weight had reached at the highest 265lbs while in the 6th week of anadrol, it is now leveling out around 253-255lbs with an estimated 10-11%bf.

Now, here I sit.. wondering what I could possibly do next. I plan on keeping this thread a continuation of my cycling and drug use. My next cycle will be starting in January. As of now, the only plan I have is to increase my dosage of HGH up to 8-10iu to make sure that I do not lose anything that I have gained. I am still currently taking 5iu in 2 2.5iu shots every day. I will also be getting bloodwork done (vitals), and MAYBE a hormone panel.. but I know that's going to be royally fvcked up. I will need TRT by my mid 30s at the latest (obviously I know this). I'll keep the thread updated. Since this is in the Q&A section, I do have 1 question.. if Ronnie Coleman is still alive, what do I have to worry about?
