    New to the game and need some advice.

    I'm 42 yrs old, lift casually and am looking for supplements/stack to accelerate my workouts. I assume Im looking for what many people are to be more cut and to add some bulk without excess weight, just have no idea where to get started. thanks.

    Thanks, Firefighter 42 yrs 6'1 220lbs lift moderate weight more reps with cardio always looking to improve performance.

    Hey Dan, they will want to know your bodyfat percentage as certain levels can dictate whether to use on not.

    OK, 1st ur gona hav 2 get serious about ur training regime, "casual" isn't gona cut it bro. After ur locked in2 a good routine 4 a while, try 400 - 500 mg / wk of Test. ONLY for 10 - 12 wks.

    Ok and thanks for the honest opinion. I will follow your advice and post again in the near future. Can you recommend a good site? Somewhere to follow a more solid program?

    Ur already in the rite place bro, just head over 2 the workout section & the lifting techniques section if u need help with a heavier regime. Good luck brother.
