2nd cycle: Sust/Deca/Dbol advice
Hi guys. I been reading for a long time, only just joined. I need a bit of advice for my second cycle.
I'm 21, 5'9", 72kgs (158lb). I finished my first cycle earlier this year, got some good results but not exactly what I would have expected. First cycle was basic test cycle of 12 weeks of 450mg Test-E followed by Nolva PCT. I have a good low fat/high carb/high protein diet. I am also waiting on bloods to gauge my natural hormone levels at the current time. Planning on starting in roughly 5 weeks.
What I'm planning is
sustanon 250 - 500mg/week 10 weeks
deca durabolin - 200mg/week 10 weeks
dianabol - 37.5mg/day 6 days a week for 1st 4 weeks
novladex - 20mg/day everyday for 4 weeks starting week 12.
The reason for the odd dose of dbol is they are 15mg caps so its 2 1/2 caps. Bit hard to get exactly 40mg
I've heard and read from different sources, so my question is should I run the deca stronger or is 200mg/week fine and if so will i see drastic results between 200 and 400? Secondly should I run the test longer than the deca? Thirdly, is that sufficiant enough PCT? Anything else people want to add will be appreciated.
I've heard opinions supporting either way of the questions there but I would like to hear more.

loz the reason you probably didnt get the results you wanted from the 1st cycle is because of your diet. Steroids can not fix a bad diet. Even though you think it is good it may not be for adding muscle and gaining weight. Why dont you post what you typically eat for a day.

Yeh I know I'm light, theres a reason for that.
This is what I ate yesterday, it changes from day to day but the intake amounts are reguarly the same.
1st meal (7am) - 4 eggs + wholegrain toast, oats + fresh fruit
2nd meal(10am)- 8oz chicken in rolls + protein shake
3rd meal(1pm) - 8oz chicken + 2 cups brown rice
4th meal(5pm) - Bolognaise Pasta + protein shake
5th meal(7-8pm) - 8oz steak + Vegetable (broccoli, green beans etc)
6th meal(9-10pm) - 2x scoop protein shake
The 5th and 6th meal are usually not too far from each other hence the 6th not being very heavy as I cant stomach it before bed. I cycled once earlier around feb and I was at 175lb which was good but was hoping for another 5lb. I got really sick not long back and dropped alot of weight. I couldnt eat properly and wasnt training hence the 17lb drop.
In response to hankdiesel, I'm not afraid to put in the hard yards, but when you train you're ass off and spend a shitload on food every week and see little to no results week after week, it really does become a bit demotivating.
