How to shoot?

When I shoot do I go to the glutes and alternate or shoot where I want to bulk?????probably a.stupid question but is like to see opinions.

pinning aas (in most cases) is not site specific for growth to occur. You should pin where you experience the least discomfort. For me, that would be glutes, quads and shoulders.

I only shoot delts and I alternate each week left and right.
