I have 20ml 200mg test cyp, 120 X 10mg dianabol tabs and 200 X 10mg winstrol tabs. How best should I use them?
I'll post my diet/supps and stats below;
Age; 26
Height; 212cm
Weight; 280lb
BF; 11%
Exp; 6 years CrossFit and heavy lifting
My diet will be as follows
8am - 5 egg whites, 2 yolks, 100grams oats
1 serve of Gaspari MyoFusion protein, ProVital (multi's), ProOmega (omegas) and Lean Greens (greens concentrate)
9:30am - pre-workout; AST anabolic rush
10am - workout
11am - 1 serve of ASN HP 100 hydrolyzed protein, Creapure creatine and 60grams dextrose
1pm - 150grams brown rice and 200grams chicken breast
3:30pm - 1 serve of VPX Mass Gainer
6:00pm - 200grams steak, 100grams broccoli, 100grams sweet potato
8:30pm - 1 serve of VPX Mass Gainer
10:00pm - 1 serve of Gaspari MyoFusion
+almonds when i'm hungry...
Total Protein; 390grams
Total Carbs; 440grams
I've done one 10 week cycle before of 1000mg test eth 3 years ago.
BTW; i live in Australia and stuff is expensive so please don't suggest stacking all sorts of stuff
