Needs help!!!!

Started a cycle of TestE250/DECA250 1cc every Wednesday and Sunday that only lasted 3 weeks. I had some medical issues that made me stop "cold Turkey" which I know is totally not recommended. I have been seeing a doctor that has been monitoring me and everything is good so far. I asked about the PCT and she said she wouldn't do it because my body will naturally come back to normal. The problem is I feel anxious and actually had a panic attack this past Friday. I've pretty much stopped all caffeine consumption and the only pills I take are a multivitamin and a fish oil pill. My question is, is this symptom of being anxious and panicky because my hormones are all out of w hake. I have done a cycle once before back in 2008 so i am not a continuing user just recreational every couple of years. I feel like my body should come back fast because I only did 3 weeks, but this anxious thing has me a bit on edge which the doctor says is part of my problem lol, lose lose but any advise, experience, help will be appreciated. thanks

Have you ever had any anxiety problems? A pct would have been better but i doubt the levels even peaked out yet

Your doctor is right. There's no way 3 weeks shut down your systems, you're just coming down from the test.
Try to relax, it's going to be a bit stressful but you're health isn't in danger, especially if you have a physician checking in on you.

yeah I have always been a kind of gotta get stuff down anxious person, but never any attacks like I had. I have some anti-estrogen pills i thought about taking maybe just for a week, but at this point I almost think its a mind thing. thanks for the post.

Its probably more mental, bigger then normal and that might be why it induced a panic attack, just calm down and take a deep breath and youll be fine!

My last shot was last Wednesday and my attack was on Friday. I was sick taking headache medication, sinus pills, mega men pills, drank an airborne for prevention of being sick and drank 2 cups of coffee cleaning the house. after the attack i thought i was just sick and the coffee made my heart go crazy, but then i had another minor episode on sat. slowly getting better day by day but almost on edge waiting for it to happen again

I think I will start the anti-estrogen just for my sanity and I know I'm doing it right. As far as Ive read there are no weird side effects with anti-estrogen pills. please post if heard anything different

you still need to wait for the test/deca to clear your system

i think both are around 2 or 3 weeks roughly
