joint pain - cant even train.

Im currently on the following cycle:

    200mg test prop EW
    350mg tren ace EW
    490mg turinabol EW
    350mg anavar EW

its the second week and im starting to experience severe joint pain in my elbows and shoulders. i can't even workout, i've been trying to go to the gym for 2 days now and after a few sets with babyweight i cant even lift my arms and end up going back home.
5 days ago i was repping 300lbs on the bench with ease now i put 225 and i feel like im gonna drop the bar on my jaw as soon as i start lowering it.

    last cycle i did was
    500mg test prop
    350mg tren ace
    350mg injectable winny

and i didn't have any joint problem, so i suspect the culprit to be either turinabol or anavar.

Should i just take a few days off the gym or stop immediately using anavar or turinabol?

    Stats as of today:
    Age: 25
    weight: 214 lbs
    height: 5'10
    BF: 15% give or take
    cycle experience: 4 cycles
    training experience: 5 years

dude, too much on the orals man. Your strength is dramatically increasing, compared to your ligament/ tendons.

Agreed! I would take a day away from the gym, lower the orals, then start with "baby weight" to see if you're still having joint pain.

Solid advice. I've been down that path.... feeling strong, making good gains, then injury due to muscular strength exceeding tendon/ligament strength. Took me down for a few months too.
