    First Cycle (Please Critique)

    10-12 Weeks
    200MG Test-E Monday Am, Thursday PM

    Anti-Sides (Taken if needed)
    Aromasin

    PCT
    Nolva 40/20/20/20 Clomid 100/50/50/50


    So after doing lots of reading here is what I have come up with so far. The 200MG Test-E would be 200MG 2 times a week. I have read 500mg a week is not necessary for a first cycle so I am thinking of going for 400mg a week. Is there anything I am missing or should add? I assume it would be safer to go 10 weeks for my first cycle so that is what I am leaning towards unless you have any thoughts otherwise. What do you guys think about adding HCG for the last 4 weeks? Thanks in advance!

    looks good to me, well thought out and good to know someone does their homework!! if running hcg do it at 250iu's e3d, you can shoot it with your test if you want. id run the cycle 12wks personally

    one thing, edit that lab name out or staff wont be best pleased.

    now, make sure your diet is good or its all a big waste.

    Sooo a couple things, after pricing everything out I realize this is going to be an expensive endeavor especially since it seems all of the stuff I wanted to PCT/AI seem to come packaged so you need to buy more than one otherwise you don't have enough ( at least from this source ). AND they don't have aromasin but they do have arimidex. What do you guys think of arimidex (from what I gather this is commonly used)? Also do you think I should bother with the HCG or in most cases is it not really needed? I think I pretty much know the answers anyway from all the reading I have been doing but sometimes you get a little more info when you listen to peoples opinions so here we are. Thanks in advance!

    Also I don't want to give the impression I thought this was going to be super cheap it's just definitely getting into the higher end of the spectrum I was expecting.

    update:

    So a couple of things: My buddy hooked me up with some free dbol since I got everything at once. I know that everyone says first cycle do test only but it does seem pretty common for people to run dbol as a kickstart and since I am getting it for free I am thinking I would like to use it. I have done lots of reading and whatnot on dbol so I am thinking about running it for 4-5 weeks between 30-40mgs a day. I also ended up going with arimidex as my AI. Do you guys have any thoughts/suggestions about this? Do you think I should just run the arimidex regardless of sides or not due to it helping keep down water retention? If so I was thinking to give it a couple weeks before starting it to make sure I don't confuse any side effects I may encounter between the dbol or arimidex. Thoughts guys?

    Personally, and this is just me... I dont like dbol. I get alot of water weight and painful back pumps... But to each their own

    My .02 would be to have you hang on to the dbol, and still cycle with test only. the dbol aint going anywhere, it will last. With dbol, you will need liver protection, like powdered Milk Thistle Seed.

    I won't usually give much advice on PCT, since I TRT instead.

    Well here's the thing about holding onto it, what if I decide not to run another cycle or cannot afford or find more gear? I get why people say to run test only but if I experience any sides that aren't related to estrogen then I'll drop the dbol and if I still keep getting sides then I'll look at that situation when it arises. If people still feel really strongly against it then I guess I won't but I feel pretty confident that I won't **** myself up running this cycle as long as I do everything right and listen to my body. What do you guys think about my question about the arimidex?

    Cycle looks fine, add hcg during the cycle at 250ius 2 x weekly, also locate some aromasin just incase you need some during the cycle, no need for dbol just sell it or save it

    My guy didn't have any aromasin so I got arimidex instead. I also planned on running the HCG the last 4 weeks. Let me rephrase my question about the dbol a little: If I have my liver protection figured out, I run a dose no higher than 40MG (aiming at 30mg) a day for 4 weeks, and I cut the dbol if I start experiencing sides (unrelated to estrogen) why shouldn't I do it if I already have it (came free anyway)?

    Damn it man. You have just had three vets answer you. Drop the dbol!! Sounds like your going to do it your way anyways so why even ask ?

    There is nothing wrong with asking what their logic behind it is. I just want to understand why I shouldn't so I can make an informed decision. Also one of them just said he doesn't personally like dbol he didn't say don't do it.

    in answer to your pm, drop the dbol as advised. purpose for using only one compound 1st time out is because if you use two, how will you know where any poss sides came from? imho dbol is a waste of time (within context, before the dbol brigade jump all over me!), its quick on quick off

    I like Dbol =)

    But like dec mentioned, the point of running Test only for first cycle is to guage your reaction to the compound. If you run both drugs, gain 25 pounds, and get terrible acne, back pumps, and erectile dysfunction, you won't know which drug caused which effect. Adding 1 compound at a time is the best way to go, as it allows you to fine tune your cycles based on experience, not guess work.

    In addition, I highly doubt you will need anything more than Test for your first cycle to see awesome gains. Less is more, in this business.

    I would just throw the Dbol in the garbage or sell it if it were me. Gaining 20 lbs of water in a month does not look/feel good. It seems like it's a staple of every cycle from dudes I know. Just don't get it. All it is, is an ego trip for strength gains.

    Yeah but I have read if I watch my sodium, do cardio (whatever the pumps will permit) and taking arimidex will keep the water retention down at least somewhat. Not saying I am going to do it just saying I won't necessarily gain 20lbs of water weight.

    you're probably right but at the same time it was quite difficult to find a source other then tren where I am from so who knows lol.

    you're fighting the knowledge..........

    a tip, adex does fvck all for water retention or bloat, that is broscience. how in gods name is adex going to reduce food bulk in your stomach or act as a diuretic? ive used it and it doesnt, it isnt designed to do either, its an aromatise inhibitor. and if anyone can show me evidence of it controlling the broscience claims, im all eyes.

    broscience is the only science!! lol jk. i've just read that from the steroid profiles section here and just using my good friend google. I guess I don't know for sure but I am just going off of what I have read. Again since the consensus is not to do it I don't think I am going to but I was mostly just saying what I read.

    everyone on here a while will tell you that needs a serious update. diet and cardio are the only ways to control bloat and water retention. ive bloated like a pig on tren a and test p yet the broscience approach dictates one wont bloat on these drugs, thats because the broscientist typically associates these drugs with cutting and therefore a lighter diet. see where im going? diet is the key to these things, ppl on here can cut on anadrol, not one you'd associate with dryness! it only takes common sense to break the BS mould mate

I don't take everything that's written as absolutely correct but I also have read it other places as well (not saying your wrong just saying that's why I look at lots of different sources for these kinds of things). I am curious what you think about this but, how soon do you think I will see my recovery time speed up from running the test-e? I know I won't see much mass gains at first but I am curious about recovery time.

    ive never trained any one muscle group more than once pw so its hard for me to answer that. the same rules apply, you can still over train on gear and you still need adequate muscle and CNS recovery time

    its not as much for weight training but I also do mma training so I was just curious if I would be able to ramp up the mma training a little more while running this cycle while keeping my current weight training regiment. The balance I have right now works for me but if I could get one more day of mma in a week I would be happy.

    i was training muay thai for 2mths before breaking a toe, im on trt and i still was fvcking wrecked from it. i doubt you'll see any diff in cardio fitness tbh. the gear will utilise the nutrients more efficiently but if they arent there in sufficient amounts, it wont

    yeah mma training wrecks me. I do have a pretty good diet so I am hoping the test will help with recovery. I guess I'll find out lol

    quick question for you guys.. So I have read running test can help with endurance since it raises rbc which also puts more oxygen in the blood (or something along those lines) and I was wondering if that is the case will it help my cardio during mma classes once I go off cycle? Like if I do my usual mma class on cycle and instead of running 4 miles I can run 5 on cycle, will it drop back down once I am off cycle or would I maintain at least some cardio gains? No biggie either way but figured I would pose the question. thanks in advance!

    Into my 3rd week and feeling good. Decided not to use the dbol as suggested but now I have a cycles worth sitting around and my source accidentally sent me a cycles worth of anavar. Any suggestions for what to do with these? And please no comments like "throw the dbol in the trash". Any other suggestions welcome.

    No advice/thoughts from anyone? I have a 5 week supply of var @ 40mgs per day and he is offering me a discount if I want to buy more. I am sure I will get the usual "Test only for first cycle" response but I might as well ask.. I am on week 3 of the Test-E and now I have this var. I have read it has very few side effects and at a lower dose I imagine I will have very little to worry about. Should I just start using it with this cycle or should I just plan to use it for my next cycle? I would be happy if it just aided fat loss during a cycle and maybe tossed in a little more vein action. Any thoughts either way guys? Please don't flame, only posing the question since I have it.

    bro run your test-e for 12 weeks, drop the hcg, train at a min of 4 times a week, eat every 2 hrs (try and keep it clean if possible), if ya can get some proviron, run it for the lenght of ya cycle (AI), also good for sex drive as it binds nicely to the SHBG, run the D-bol as a kick start to your cycle at 30 to 40 mgs per day taken throughout the day, one serving 30-40min before workout, nolva starts one week after last jab, and lastly, try to get a min of 7-8 hrs sleep each nght. my 2 cents.

    Hope your source hooks you up on your next cycle for not jacking him over. I would have just told you to keep it if it were my mistake but this works out for everyone either way. Var is my favorite oral, id toss it in towards the end. 40mg day for 5 weeks would be fine, 6 would be better, 8 max.
