Test p/e/stana/deca help!
I'm starting my first cycle on monday, I'm going to kick start with P for the first 3 weeks (I have 6ml of it left over from a mate finishing up) and start E at the same time, stana as well I'm starting on wednesday and taking(injecting) every wednesday, and I've been told to do half a ml of decca with every E shot to ensure my joints don't die on me, any advice/tips?

can anyone help me out here? i was talking into getting the decca with the other stuff to save my joints, im not trolling, just never done a cycle before!

1st: Post your stats.
2nd: From what you are saying, I think you should gain more knowledge about steroids before you start using them. Read the threads marked as IMPORTANT, you can learn allot.

82ish kilos, low fat, pretty defined/built atm (not compared to u guys, but compared to a average 21 year old)
eat alot of protein (3 shakes a day of whey protein atm) will up to more when on it.
eat alot of tuna/chicken/salads/drink alot of water.
what else do you need to know ill answer, not sure of my body fat,

also im 21, ive got alot of friends on the juice and ive asked heaps of questions but the main answer i get is "u'll get massive dont worry" which isn't what i wanna hear, ive looked up the side effects, but its hard to find something about using P as a starter (with e cause E takes a few weeks to kick in as ive been told) with stana,
monday : E/P (1mg) deca 0.5mg
wednesday : S (1mg)
friday : E/P (1mg) deca 0.5mg
for the first 3 weeks, then I'll be out of P and just continuing the other 3. i was originally going to go on just E / Stana but the P was free and the decca was highly recommended by a really trustworthy source and me being scared of the joint paints n being ****ed up, and liking the sounds of longer harder workouts on decca
but any information relevant to help me would be amazing
EDIT: ive been training for about 3 years on and off, but the last 6 months alot more hard, benching 110 kgs x6 atm with good form, or 80x12 really comfortably, curling 17.5(12)20 (10) 22.5 (8) kgs. squatting crap (the bar +60kgs on it maybe, really low, havnt squatted much) havnt even got to trying a deadlift haha but have a full time trainer for while im on stuffLast edited by greekk; 10-21-2011 at 06:56 AM.
