here's a little background. i've been hitting the gym 3 times a week for the past 4 years with little to no gain in muscle, i lost alot of weight in high school, and got some super lean muscle. but i'm looking to bulk. last year i changed my diet up and started loading up on protein and for a while started gaining weight back, but i've been hitting the gym more and i've been offered some gear from a family member. all in all, i know i'm a tad young but i'm aware the risks and i feel my body is ready. i'm looking to add around 20-30lbs if possible on this cycle, as it is my first.

here's where i'm a little confused. would i start my PCT after the longest lasting ester wears off? or do i have to average it out?
anyway, looking at pheedno's PCT
30 days of .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
i know i'm going to have to increase the amount i eat and train. thinking about doing an every other day high intensity training type program where everyday i go in i work legs up as hard as i can.
any suggestions are welcome.
