yep that sustanon (yellow with a dog and a cat on the label)made by the shitiest lab on the mexican market. Its very underdosed and not worth doing unless you have like four bottles of it. My buddy used three bottles of it and did not gain much at all. Ive seen much better results from him taking other sustanon in lighter dosages. hope you did not pay much for it.
