Everything in moderation, most people cheat once a wk. personally, I cheat once a month & on rare occasions, 2wice a month, I find it makes me feel like crap, I just do it 2 break up the "diet monotony" & 2 satisfy my curiosity / craving(s) I don't mind eating clean 99% of the time, I feel better that way. Just my 2 cents.

The Big 'N' Nasty combo @ Mc D's, Ice cream, Pizza, Grandmas pies, bread(s) & cheese filled pastas, I come from an Italian background, my family gathers every Sunday @ Grandmas & gorges themselves in2 oblivion on old school, home made food. I catch a bunch of crap from the family cuz I don't eat most of the time, but once a month, I tear in2 it like a rabid Pitbull & totally mak up 4 it! LOL. In short, I don't go WAY overboard, but I satisfy my craving(s).

A Mans gotta do what a mans gotta do lol. But I fell that when I look at my body in the mirror it needs to be more denser, harder, ripped, dryer, and stuff like that. I eat very clean day in and day out(once a week cheat meal to stay saine), train every day for bout 3hrs. each day as well. It's why I'm very into winstrol and tren and 1,4-AD ex. I take off weight alright but can put it on 5x as fast. I'm just kinda frustrated ya know?

I understand, but ur goals ARE achievable naturally, I would recommend changing ur training regime though, 3 hrs. ed. can actually b counter productive, ur body needs 2 rest so it can heal / grow. If u need help with a weight loss diet, the guys in the diet section can hook u up bro.

I think we all felt that way when we were 18. Those prohormones aren't going to do much for you besides some unhealthy side effects. Post your diet in the diet forum and make sure your your workouts are up to par. You need to be doing heavy basics.... and you better be training the hell out of your legs!!!
