First Cycle. Specific goals, Any input is greatly appreciated.

Hi, Hopefully this is the correct forums to post this. I'm 23 years old, 5'8" 155 pounds, Very athletic, low body fat. Already in good shape.

First my goals are 10-20 pounds muscle gain, Most important to my training are not necessarily huge size gains but more strength and muscular endurance while maintaining a high level of cardio running/swimming. And to help recovery time. I'm extremely sore most of the time.

Currently I have a high calorie diet heavy on meat and vegetables. I guess you could say low carb becuase i dont each much bread. Mostly paleo diet.

My only supplements are a gnc multipack vitamin and a Gainer Whey protein. mornings and after workouts.

I Train crossfit 3 times a week, weightlift twice a week, and alternate running/swimming 6 days a week.

So I was trying to figure out what steroid/cycle would benefit me the most. I don't know too much about them besides the information I've read on the internet. I thought Winstrol with low dose of testosterone might be good.

Any suggestions/info would be greatly appreciated thankyou.

What would you recommend? I'm usually so wrecked after the twice a week ones, I feel like I wouldnt be able to do more. But I guess i would adjust to it. My gym has a 50-52 degree cold plunge pool I do 20 minutes in that a few times a week after workouts seems to help alot with muscle soreness. Thanks for the info.

Correct. Ur body will adapt. My routine is "unusual", so I'm not gona advise u on that, but if u need help with a lifting routine / schedule, the workout section can help bro.
