How much more natural growth can i make? picture inside

Hey, I am new to this site and didn't know how to upload a picture so I have uploaded it to my avatar. I was just wondering how much more growth I could or couldn't expect judging off my avatar. I am 22, 5'9 and 185 lbs (quite lean although I don't know my exact BF % I would guess 12 or below.) I know no matter what I will wait atleast until I am 23 to even consider anything I was just more so looking for the opinions of some of the more senior and veteran guys that have been in the game for a while. My diet is not an issue I started at like 135 at like 18. I have been on and off so it's not 4 years straight of training or I assume my gains would be better. I also have a small frame as in my wrists (bones in general) seem to be smaller 9 times outta 10 than the average person so 185 for me is pretty decent. Any input would be greatly appreciated guys!

personally I think you can still grow a lot more natty. Changing your workout routines and possibly tweeking your diet. At just 4 years in you can still learn and grow.

Have you been increasing cals as your bodyweight also increases?

I think thats what I'm failing to do swifto. See, I have a high calorie intake but that got me to 185 so I figured since it was high I would keep growing so I guess I just have to increase my calorie intake even more. Man.... hahah. I seen a quote on here saying (a 14 stone man eats like a 14 stone man, a 15 like a 15 and so on.) Makes sense though.

    Rough calculation - 185 lbs x 15 = 2775 Maintanance calories + 500 = 3275

So 3300 is your target right now.

Correct ^^ you need to adjust your cals to maintain your new body weight and then up them to increase your bodyweight. Its a long process but you will be glad you have built a solid base in yrs to come when you do start steroids.

Yup. Patience and consistency are what will get you to your goal.
If it was easy, everyone would do it.

depends on how much you want to eat and what do you consider a "natural" diet.

Increasing kals is a must. I hit 210-215lbs before touching steroids. BB'ing is not a race.
