I am 42 years old, 190 lbs, 5'7, not sure on BF %. Experienced lifter. Thinking of doing first cycle and what ive read everybody suggests some form of TEST?? I have a friend that is doing this:
"22 amps test, 22 amps deca...shoot 1 amp each together every 3rd day...if you want to run winny (which I highly recommend...I love it) you'll need 10 boxes containing 3amps per box and you run that in the last 2 weeks of you test cycle and for two weeks after your test is gone! 3 weeks after your last test shot you will start the clomid and nolvadex and run that for approx. 2-3 weeks"
Is this something that would be good for my first cycle? Or is this too much? My goals are to put on some good lean muscle without getting too big(i dont want to look like a squaty body). Will doing Cardio be counterproductive? What are the best worout principles to follow while on a cycle??
