I'll make a quick and short summary...
I have kept delaying my circle (for over a year now), found out that I got hiatus hernia, which was the main problem but its under control now.
Quick Stats:
Age: 26.5
Weight: 70Kg (+/- 1Kg)
Height: 5'8" (feels like i shrink for some unknown reasons)
Body Fat: 12% (+/- 1%)
Years of Training: ~11 years (on and off but serious for the past 2.5 years - and by off i mean a few months)
Occupation: University Student
Diet: each meal is within 2 hours apart, maximum 3 hours
Meal #1
- 5 large eggs (3 whole, 2 whites)
- ~220g mashed sweet potatoes (mixed with 250ml spring water)
- 125g 0% fat fruit yogurt
- apple or banana
- 1 cup of spring water
Meal #2
- ~220-250g chicken breast
- ~220g mashed sweet potatoes (mixed with 250ml spring water)
- 125g 0% fat fruit yogurt
- apple or banana
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup of spring water
Meal #3
- 200g can of white tuna mixed with vegetable oil (140g drained)
- ~220g mashed sweet potatoes (mixed with 250ml spring water)
- 125g 0% fat fruit yogurt
- apple or banana
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup of spring water
Meal #4
- ~220-250g chicken breast
- ~220g mashed sweet potatoes (mixed with 250ml spring water)
- 125g 0% fat fruit yogurt
- apple or banana
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup of spring water
Meal #5
- ~200g plain natural yogurt
- ~350g white rice
- 1 cup of spring water
Meal #6 (out of order - ran out of casein at the moment)
- 60g casein
- 2 large tablespoon of chunky peanut butter
*Note* more meals, and food consumption will increase as cycling starts.
Workout:
- 3x a week
--- Monday: chest & triceps
--- Wednesday: shoulder & back
--- Friday: legs & biceps
- everyday abs for 30mins
Ok, so now the more interesting stuff... so basically I want to start officially the cycle at the end of november (another month delayed).
Goal: To maximize muscle gain as much as possible in the bulking cycle. (+15Kg would be great)
Gears: I already have in hand 20 sustanon ampules, 250mg each. So, 500mg per week for 10 weeks straight.
No PCT planned: Here in Asia/Africa, PCT is little to unknown. Many might disagree with me, but however, I've known many bodybuilders that have been cycling for over 10 years that are in perfect shape and health. Either way, I'm planning on having a gyno surgery later on, since it looks like i got some puberty gyno.

1) Injection Points: refer to the picture for the points
Week 1 - Deltoids (points #5 in pic)
Week 2 - Biceps (points #2 in pic)
Week 3 - Lats (points #7 in pic)
Week 4 - Deltoids (points #5 in pic)
Week 5 - Biceps (points #2 in pic)
Week 6 - Lats (points #7 in pic)
Week 7 - Deltoids (points #5 in pic)
Week 8 - Biceps (points #2 in pic)
Week 9 - Lats (points #7 in pic)

So, the question 1 is, are the injection points proportionally balanced as I'm trying to increase my upper body level specially in the arms area?
2) Shots method:
Would method should I do that will allow me to maximum mass?
- once a week (250x2 same day; left and right side together)
- twice a week (250x2; left and right side on different days)
- EOD (125x4, every other day take half the ampule, alternating left and right side)
3) Best time for shots:
When would it be preferable to take the shots that will allow me to maximum mass?
- on rest days?
- pre-workout?
- post-workout?
4) Is running 1-2Km outside everyday worth doing on a bulking cycle? (extra cardio to lower the fat)
5) What supplements would be recommend to take with sustanon?
6) Is there anything I should consider or keep in mind?
