28 5'8" 175lbs 8% bf (Aiming to be 180 before next cycle)
Training: approx 10 yrs, small breaks throughout
Diet: dialed in, clean (thanks to some nutritional guru's on here)
Goal: size/mass, fairly clean bulk
First cycle: Prop 490mg/wk, Adex during, Pct: Nolva/Tore
I'm in the process of planning out my next cycle (still about 3-3.5months away). I plan on running it identical to my first cycle with the addition of 1 compound. I have decided on either Deca or Dbol, leaning towards Deca, but still deciding.
I like the fact that dbol is only 4-6 wks, typically 4, and provides almost immediate gains, but have read much conflicting info on the gains. Some say its mainly water n will go away, some say a good portion is lean mass and will remain, anyone have personal experience?
Deca seems to provide more solid lean gains but needs to be taken for 10-12 wks with mininal sides.
Pinning is of no concern and I can obtain caber without a problem.
Just looking for some input from those who have used these and anyone with personal experience
