    Sus question!!

    I started a sus 250 cycle yesterday and planned on mon 250/thurs 250. I was reading i might be better off with 1/2 ml eod to keep my levels up. Any feed back on this would be appreciated!

    Eod would probably be a bit more stable but twice a week is fine.

    eod day would be better as bulkn stated it will provide more stable blood levels and you will get full advantage of the shorter esters

    many do sustanon 2x week

    I have gotten great results from 2x a week. Although I have been tempted to go to eod, I think it might be a waste of test. 500 a week is great.

    well after taking feedback into consideration and researching for weeks i have to decided to front load for two weeks with a mon/wed/fri split. then run the remaining 10 weeks mon/thur. my last cycle i was on 800mgs of test a week so i think this will work well for me.

    I front loaded 500mg of sustanon the first shot then did 250mg every 3 days and had good results with that,you will notice that the test sustanon will kick in much quicker than a long ester like test E.I could really feel it the second week into my cycle.

    you're fine x2 pw. believe me, ive shot sust ED, EOD and x2 pw and could see or feel no physical difference.

    no point in having to inject more frequently than necessary
