Hello, This is my first cycle. I have been lifting for about 5 years and recently decided to try boosting my strength and mass with aas. I am 32, 5'10" and before starting my cycle I was 189lbs about 20% bf (just getting over tendonitis). I am about a month and a half into my cyle and feeling great. I am now 198lbs and about 18%bf and counting. Diet is 3/4 clean and about 3000-3500 cal a day. My goals are to be no more than 215-220lbs and around 10%bf. I have done quite a bit of research on these items prior to starting as to side effects vs benefits but not saying it couldn't have been better. Maybe round 2 will be different.

I am now on my second pin of Test not really feeling the bloating from anadrol everything is good. appetite is fine and no signs of any sides from anything. I am training from 530am to about 7 every morning before work m-f with at least 20 minutes of intervals or solid cardio before lifting. Saturdays training around 11 for 1.5hrs. Maybe if I am missing some needed info let me know I am interested to see what comments this brings. I have been reading a lot of forums and sometimes comments can get a bit rough. I am looking for constructive criticizm just so everyone knows.
