    Powdered Clen Dosages etc

    Guys

Only new here.. Have been training in the gym now for a while and have put on some size and muscle and am going to give Clen a try just as an additional boost to my existing training. Some of the questions i have are these though:

The Clen i have is in Powder form.. how much should i be taking as all the info i find related to "tables" eg: the dosages are 20mcg, 40mcg.. I need to know how much equivalent this is in the powdered form..

I am planning of cycling 2 days on, 2 days off as this works well with my weight/cardio training schedule..is this ok?

If i dont feel the effects does it still mean its working? For example.. if i dont feel the gitters, sweats and that is the Clen still working?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Cheers

IMO you would be far better off with a proper diet, but that's just my thoughts.

    Good Luck

I do have a good diet, i live with 2 dietitians.. that in itself is hard enough!!

Basically the bloke said take 1/2 teaspoon each morning before gym.. But it just seemed very vague thats all.. Thought someone on here may have more information. Over here in Oz its hard ti get the tablets.. so alot of it is Vet grade Clen..

Here is a little more info i have gotten..

The ratio is 14mcg/g of the Clen i have..

If most people say to increase as such: 20mcg, 60mcg, 80mcg etc..

Would it be clear to say that 1 teaspoon would have 70mcg of Clen?

I am just trying to make sure i am going to be taking it safely.. Any help would be good..

    Cheers
