Ive been mowing this same question over myself. After reading a lot about the subject I settle on doing enough cardio to keep my cardiovascular system in good shape. Thats it tho. I wont be doing my usual calorie burning cardio, because im investing A LOT of morning on my calories for this bulking cycle.

Thats not necessarly true, it really depends on you're genetics, me for example i do cardio 4 times a week at 40 minutes each session to keep my body fat low while I bulk. but in the other hand there are some people that do minimal cardio maybe 1once perweek and theyre body fat stays low while they bulk. so it really all depends on each individual.

I agree. Its a seasonal thing for me with cardio. Usually if im bulking towards spring/summer ill do more cardio. During fall/winder... Im really not concerned with fat just getting as much mass as possible.

Cardio in my mind is a health issue. I haven't done any cardio in 8 months. I maintain under 10% by lifting, I just started cardio again this week. Not to cut fat but to keep healthy, my RHR used to be 42 now it's in the high 50's and 60's. So I say do 3x a week of light intensity cardio for the dual benefit of fat loss and health.

For me, cardio especially while cycling. Since BP goes up, I like to offset risk with additional cardio. Every third day i'm an hour at somewhere between 110 and 120 HR

I like to do cardio 5 times a week atleast. 3 low intensity and 2 HIIT a week minimum. I guess it depends on your goals this way I stay lean. I also like being the fastest and most explosive on the ice so I train that way as well.

If you can stay lean on minimal cardio I would do 20-30mins of low intensity after workout 2-3 times a week. That worked well for me while trying to bulk. Obviously you would wanna do more HIIT if you play sports tho.
