    wow BF% is bit too high. sides will get worse i reckon. higher BF% never helps with sides.

    i would drop the creatine that will hold a bit of water too.

    i suggest overall come off the cycle and learn to diet. but i dont see you doing so

    whats your height? weight?

    and your diet. no offence but your diet sucks.

    Chill Bishop no need for caps. Im addicted to skim milk too; I have no idea how you kill a gallon a day... I do half a gallon and spend the rest of the day on the can. Can you post a faceless pic?>

    Make a serious effort to drop the milk......tons of sugar.
    If u want help with your diet, post it in the diet section.
    You could use this cycle to do some cutting while retaining muscle.

    lol chill out you edite 5 mins before i posted so it changed after i posted it. you said 22% in the post so thats when i went off.

    aanyways if you were 15% last year and went to 22% your not thin. its called fat.
